One of my favorite hotels to have stayed at. I normally stay Bonvoy but prices were high during my work trip and I decided to give this place a shot. The location is excellent, right off the river easy access for jogging and to downtown. Lobby is nicely appointed and rooms are cozy and warm. Will stay again.

Service here is great. They have valet parking to ensure your car is safe while staying there. The rooms were priced well and it was right near the river front where there are a few places to get coffee, lunch and dinner. Will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The positive and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff added a special touch to my visit. Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel. It was our first time in the location and service and atmosphere was incredible. Only thing that was miserable experience was that there was no heater in the lobby or restaurant working. We couldn’t enjoy the property because it was freezing inside with a snow storm outside. We had to order food, go down and pick it up, and bring it up to our rooms. The staff was miserable about the lack of heat as well. Other than that I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed this hotel. customer service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful the food was great and the valet parking was awesome.

Despite late check-in due to understaffing, the services were great and friendly, suite was sufficiently furnished with city view although a little dated, but well-kept and maintained. Restaurant food was delicious and well presented. I would stay here again in future.

We came for a relaxing night away! We live in Portland, but wanted a quick romantic night away, with a view, and this was perfect! We ordered in room service to be more Covid safe.

Superb hospitality, tasteful space. Room had a cozy fireplace and incredible views of the river and Mt Hood. Loved the guest happy hour. Restaurant included great seafood and cocktails. Cannot recommend more highly! Will definitely come back!

My partner and I loved our night here. We were able to check in early and received a surprise room upgrade! The gentleman at check was very friendly, as were the valet staff who were clearly busy but working hard and ready to help. We were …
